Fabian Bedne is a former Metro Nashville councilman in District 31, and the first Hispanic and immigrant council member in Tennessee history. During his tenure as a council member, he realized that there was a need in officiating, in particular a lack of Spanish-speaking and non-religious officiants. Fabian has a background in civil service and community development, and as a result instantly felt a call to service. As a result, he quickly began offering his time to his community in order to fill the void present. Although Fabian is no longer a council member, he continues to serve the city in various ways, including his continued marriage services.
